That's why you're such a putz. This is not a business situation, this is a
criminal situation. Your car has been stolen. The law, ethics and common
sense allow you to use reasonable force to get your property back. If I was
on jury, a wouldn't convict in this situation, even if a punch or two were
thrown (assuming the other tatics failed). You don't negotiate with
terrorists. I suppose you think we should work it out with Al Qaeda.
