Looks like the makings of a tropical storm to me.

It cleared up about 2 hours before the fireworks. We planned on 2
people to party with us and ended up with about 15. Lots of good food
and fun.. Ended up the night playing with a water ballon launcher, it
would shoot water ballons 400+feet. Started raining again at about
04:00.

Great fireworks btw.
