Ted Kennedy on Immigration

1965: "The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset
the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission.
It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs."

1986: "This amnesty will give citizenship to only 1.1 to 1.3 million illegal
aliens. We will secure the borders henceforth. We will never again bring
forward another amnesty bill like this."

2007: "Now it is time for action. 2007 is the year we must fix our broken
system."

Now Bush, McCain, Kyl as GOP scumbags are joining Kennedy to push for
another immigration bill. All of them should be brought before a
Citizens Tribunal
on charges of treason. The penalty could be death.

If the VOTERS of MASSACHUSETTS ever re-elect Ted Kennedy
again, then there is something wrong with them.
This man has maintained the mantle of protector
of the American worker for years the mainstay
of the once great democratic party
and yet here he is, allied with Bush of all people,
for an immigration bill whose amendments
should themselves be separate bills brought
under wide discussion and debate.

And, as the quotes from the original poster show,
he has pulled this "TRICK" several times before.

The growing realization by the masses that the
democrats and Kennedy in particular are
NO LONGER the party of the working class
spells the start of the decline of a once
great party. The question is which
party, Republican or Democrat
will crash fastest as people desert
both of them for the comming
3d and 4th parties that will replace them.
It is inevitable.
