Spot the Errors!?
It is one of the largest
that Meade makes. It is far superior to the One of Largess plus the
night
sky in my area is completely devoid of any light pollution.
If your kids are starting to drive consider the Toyota Corolla over
the
Subaru Impreza. It has a far superior crash rating, far superior gas
mileage
and is 1/2 the price.
Wow! Bob didn't do his research. Meade continues to have serious
quality control errors and mirror defects. You better do a lot of
tests on that scope....which you did not buy of course. I now own a
Starsplitter 10". Look it up.
As for the Corolla....great car for kids, but no AWD which can keep
you out of accidents. The Subaru also handles better, stops better and
has more torque. Both cars scored good overall ratings in crash tests.
The Corolla scored better, but the Subaru is more likely to avoid an
accident. I'd avoid BOTH cars and do what I did...buy a Subaru Legacy
GT. It's well worth spending more and my Legacy as a full 5 star crash
rating just like all of my other cars. Bob is not responsible
suggesting the Corolla and Imprezza which are NOT 5 star rated.
I drove to MA last week and averaged 27.4 MPG in S mode aboard the
Legacy GT. That's amazing for a car that can do the 1/4 mile in under
14 seconds stock. Forget the Corolla and Imprezza.
