I have put the air fresheners in the boat, oder eliminators, and even damp
rid. Nothing seems to work. If I run the air the smell is less but if the
interior gets hot holy cow!
Any suggesstions?
You've got all the usual suspects, so time to try something different.
Try taking *everything* out of the boat. (Sniffing around at the same
time.) Open all access covers, examine all spaces, using a mirror if
necessary. If the smell persists, it's something else ;-)
For some reason, I'm thinking some dead animal is in some acess,
perhaps in one the engine compartment blower hoses. You also didn't
mention the anchor locker, which sometimes can stink up an interior.
Oh:
9:Head has been treated with head treatment and with clorox
That's a no-no. Use KO and nothing else in the head. Pump and flush it
with water to purge what will be an odor-producer. Head "treatments"
with formaldehyde and such make the problems worse.
