It can't be read both ways. If you read it the way you see it, then
you're a deceiver as he is. It's in you.
It's pretty clear, it COMES with the optional mount.

News story on TV this morning is on how people always lie and there is
no way around it. That is making an excuse for a liar and for lying.
There is a way around it.

When I called him to report the mount wasn't with the antenna he said it
should have been in the same box. Then he changed his story to say it
wasn't included, that's why it's optional. Optional means it's not
standard. Comes with optional means, he is placing the optional mount in
with the sale. That's why I paid more for his auction than the others or
off a web site. I wanted the mount. I paid $10 for his.

Get it? He knew it was supposed to be there.

Again, your answer shows your heart and belief system. You're not an
honest person so you read dishonesty.
