It is a Texas Instruments part with the small round red reset button.
The two Penta parts shops I spoke to did not seem to know what I was
talking about. I believe it is for the Tilt/Trim.

Anyone have a source for this? I am in Canada but would pay postage
from the US. Couldn't find any on ebay.

go to any boating supply store. The 50 amp breakers are common. West
Marine, Boaters World, etc should have them.
