Ummmm, beer. Just finished brewing up the summer brews. 3 gallons of a
new pilsner, 5 gallons of a rich dark ale, and 5 more of everyones
favorite, Austrailian Pale Ale.. ummmmmm going to be a good summer.
Cool. I've been toying with the idea of brewing some beer at home
recently. I like the IPA's, Porters, and Stouts, and like trying
different kinds.
Got any tips for someone just getting into the hobby?
