Nah. But the increase in fuel prices has convinced me that Big Oil and
refiners need to be under citizen oversight, and that individuals who use
tremendous amounts of petrol resources for their own pleasure should pay
an additional penalty on top of the high prices for their fun, and the
moneys collected via the penalty be used to subsidize essential petrol use
by the poor.
