Dave's questions about city living hammered it home.

RB has little left to troll with. He is outclassed and

Then his jokes about lakefront property! Why would the
buyer contact his
lawyer? Is it such a mega deal the lawyer has to list it?
Is the lawyer
listed as the owner? I can smell the fish from the lake
all the way out
here! Boobers is so inexperienced in real estate he has no
clue, he can't
even make up a believable lie!

Watch him leave a huge brown streak in a few weeks when I
finally get around
to posting some sailing pictures. It will make him jump up
and hit his head
on his 7 foot ceiling in his subterranean home theatre
(that's another way
of saying basement).
