I think its obvious to anyone with an IQ over 80 that we are talking about NOW,
not 30 years ago.
I'll admit my recent contacts with military types have been limited to the
marine reservist down the hall, who came back from Iraq a few months ago,
and an army general who recently retired and became CEO of a client.
That's a pretty tiny sample group.
So let me ask you the question I asked BS. How many of those "kids" do you
know?
I get to talk to at least a few every day. I also get to talk to kids who will
grow up without one of their parents, bereaved spouses and siblings, and parents
who have lost kids.
