Deck Re-coring on an Oldie

You might want to ask this question on rec.boats.building - many
experts there on this sort of question.
The main issue that I see is that boatyard work of this sort is likely
to cost more than the boat is worth, possibly a lot more. At $85 an
hour it doesn't take long for a project to hit the 5 figure mark and
the boat is worth considerably less.
