terrorists have certainly benefited from the current US
Administration's policies.

Saddam benefitted. He got lots of attention and now there are
multitudes who view him as a martyr, hoping to further his ideas.

Well, perhaps, but he wasn't the kind of guy in my view who really
cared about anything except his own skin.
