That's hate speech that could end up encouraging others to riot or
commit criminal acts that would qualify as "Hate Crimes".

Would there be a difference in saying:
"I think we should kill all the......"
and
"You should go out and kill all the......"?
I just use Kill 'Em All.
That way, nobody is left out. :)
