Get a big advance for it?

Don't spend all of the advance in one place.

Isn't the advance on a first publication usually 3.5K or thereabouts? If
it doesn't have paperbakc possibilities it will never make any
money...if it's a coffee table book it will end up on Barnes and Nobles
bargain books tables doe $5 by Christmas...
