Yes, we are in World's Fair Marina. They almost prefer that you do your own
work. If you insist, they will do it for you. Everyone was fully aware of
the tranny change. Their own guy (a really good Irishman who is as affable
as can be most days) was out with a bad back. For that kind of work I
really prefer the yard do it in case something has to be done over. Right
now I am having them change batteries, 4Ds, which won't do his back any
good. WFM has other attractions, Shea Stadium. The Mets. The US Tennis
Open. Forty-five minutes to Midtown for $2 ($1 if you are over 60). Ample
parking reserved for boat owners. Not to mention friendly and helpful
marina mates.
Out of curiosity, what do you pay per foot/month
to stay there?
