Default Repairing/replacing the toe rail

I started with the usual research/web search. I've descided to
have a local metal fab business make some custom toe rail.

I found some interesting material. My toe rail is 1.5" wide and 3.5"
tall. I found some "plastic lumber" that is dimensioned exactly that
and it comes in 8 foot lengths. for enough to do the entire boat it
is only $128 delivered to my door step. The stuff is made from
recycled milk jugs and is UV stabilized and you can get it in any
color you want including "Teak".

I am thinking about it.
