No I believe that self defence is an issue but I should not have to
justify that I need it for self defence. People own guns for a lot of
reasons. Collecting, hunting, recreational shooting, memorabelia,
because they like them. I am willing to bet that 90% of the things
you own you don't need. You could live without them but you choose
not to. You shouldn't have to justify the desire to own them. Oh and
I bet I could come up with a way for you to harm someone with any of
those things if you got mad enough.
