OK, but that doesn't make it fact.
My own belief is that incoherent speech or writing indicates
incoherent
thought.
I don't buy that. History has shown that some of the most brilliant
people
were very poor speakers.
It is the same mentality that assumes stutters are stupid.
Stuttering (now referred to as "fluency" by speech pathologists) is an
entirely different symptom, per my ex wife, who's been an SLP for about 17
years. It's as connected with Bush's situation as fish are to bicycles.
