Don't have a decked boat, but I'd like the fabric skirt to help keep water out
of my farmer john - like the old "Ronnie Rollover" suites did.
I'm guessing I could glue a skirt/sheet of thin/stretchy something-or-other to
the john without messing it up too much for wear without the top.
Anybody tried something like this? Material? Methodology?
My wetsuit has velcro shoulder straps so I could try something like
what you are suggesting -- but I don't know if I'd want that plastic
tunnel material pressing against me. In your case have you simply
tried wearing an elastic belt over the tunnel? I know it has an
elastic drawstring but that is pretty wimpy. Or cut the straps and add
velcro (double sided).
BTW, I finally learned how to take a wetsuit off a few days ago -- I
didn't realize how much easier it is if you pull the leg cuffs down to
your heels before you begin rolling it inside-out and off.
