Good point Jim...up here, if you want to donate to cancer research,
the Terry Fox 'Marathon of Hope' is the place to go.
This guy , a national hero, ran half way across Canada on one leg and
only stopped when the cancer returned and claimed his life.
Another advantage , if donating anything sizeable, is a return of
approx 24% of your donation on your next income tax return.
John's is a good cause... but if we needed to be subjected to an
annual arm twisting, we could all go watch PBS.
