Unfortunately, under the Good Samitan laws of many States good faith alone
is not sufficient. Many are written to also require reasonable care, which
makes them essentially meaningless.

The big question is what is "reasonable care"? As that question to 10
people and you have ten different interpretations. In many case
preponderance will win.
