Default Bottom paint

Painted three seasons ago. A couple of coats of Micron CSC over a clean
bottom of VC tar barrier coat. Boat stays in warm freshwater and
starting to grow a beard.

I want to haul, pressure wash and put on a couple of coats of fresh
paint. Maybe one long weekend worth of work (if the weather cooperates).

The CSC was OK, but needs an occasional light wipe down to get rid of
minor growth and slime. I'd like to get something that will do a little
better job. One gallon is just right to do two coats (Hunter 25.5SK)
with a little extra on the bow leading edge and along the waterline.
Cost is not a consideration as long as I can do it myself.

I don't race.

I'll probably be selling her at the end of the 2008 season.

I don't think I want to deal with two-component paint. I don't want to
have to remove the residual paint, just clean and apply the new paint.

Any suggestions on the kind of paint? Micron Extra? Anything better?

TIA for any recommendations or suggestions.
