Maybe, I suppose Bush is just being cautious in consulting an attorney.

Where was your outrage when guys like Ron Brown, James McDougal, and and
Vince Foster were dying strange deaths...many times right before they were
scheduled to testify in one of the many Clinton scandal investigations?
Strange deaths? Oh please, a plane crash, a heart attack, and a suicide.
The only thing strange about them, is Richard Mellon Scaife and
Christopher Ruddy.
What were people saying about moral equivalency a short time ago? On a
scale of moral equivalency, murdering people set to testify against you is
a lot worse than (how does Gould say it?) "being misinformed" about intel
being passed to you second and third hand.
If you actually believe they were murdered, be very careful of the black
helicopters. Even that bastion of objectivity, Kenneth Starr, agrees
Vince Foster's death was a suicide. This from a man who spent $40 million
to investigate a BJ.
