Nuke them with low yield atomic weapons.

Nuke them with Neutron Bombs. Explode them high up in the atmosphere.
This will kill all the people and camels and leave the infrastructure
intact. Then go in and take over the oil fields. It's time we got a
dollar-a-gallon gasoline back. Those camel jockeys need a little
come-uppance. Making an example out of them would be a good thing.
