Yes, as a Rhodes Scholar.
Not nearly as valuable as learning to fly an out of date jet for the
Texas Air National Guard.
Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle and the rest of the
Chickenhawks all avoided service through far more dubious means.
