Default Single-Handed Anchoring Using a Bow Mounted Trolling Motor

I would like to know if this is a valid option to use a bow mounted
electric trolling motor to assist in anchoring single-handedly.

I think I can lower the anchor single-handedly by simply letting the
boat to drift while releasing anchor rope until the anchor set
properly. But I have a feeling that I need some help when I need to
raise the anchor single-handedly. I am wondering if a bow mounted
trolling motor may help me to position the boat at the correct angle
in order to pull the anchor loose. Then all the boat-positioning and
anchor-pulling will be performed right at the bow, instead of going
back and fro between the bow and the helm. If this really helps, I
can add this as one of the justification to purchase a bow mounted
electric trolling motor (in addition to use it for fishing and for
backup).

I appreciate if someone can share his experience in using a bow-
mounted trolling motor to assist in anchoring.

Thanks in advance.
