Yes, you need to cover it. Fiberglass does degrade with UV
exposure. That's why you cover it.
Sorry Ganz, but fiberglass does NOT degrade because of UV exposure. Glass
is proof against UV. It's not the glass that's the problem. It's the resin
that binds the glass. Perhaps if you had not consumed mass quantities of
illegal drugs you would be able to demonstrate clear thinking once in a
while.
"Fiberglass" is synonymous with 'fiber-reinforced resin.' Jon was referring
to the composite structure, of which a significant part is the resin. He
wasn't wrong, and you are a pedantic jerk.
Don't be too hard on Neal. He really can't help himself. He really
needs help... still obsessing about me after all these years. Quite
sad actually.
The best method to help him is to ignore him... but, I know that's
very difficult.
