I kinda suspect that the price could be negociated down to about a buck
hard cash. The owner seemed quite "motivated".

But iit would take quite a pile more to put her back ship shape...

I rebuilt a Cal 20 pretty much from the hull up, and while it was a
rewarding experience, I don't think I want to do that again. g
