The person who sold me my boat said it had VC-17 on its bottom. I'm
looking at the Interlux website and none of the colors look like what
I have, which is kind of a muddy greenish color.
When the boat is on land, the newly painted bottom looks very much like
it has been painted with copper paint - nice and shining - and as soon
the boat is back in the water it turns dark "coke grey" ... and this is
the color until we paint it again. There could of course be other colors
in different parts of the world, but this is what happens to our boat
....
