Take a look at Massachusetts .. The Democrats have been running the
state forever.

And, because of that, we have a local tax burden lower than the
national average. We have one of the best school systems in the
country, with the highest ratings on all four of the the
standardized tests (reading and math, 4th and 8th grades) of any of
the states. Crime rates are well below the national average, with
one of the lowest murder rates in the country. Also, our suicide
rate is almost the lowest in the country. The major health care
systems are rated amongst the best in the country.

It sure looks like the Dems made a mess of things. I suppose its
best if you stayed well clear.

I guess you haven't read this: http://www.itepnet.org/wp2000/ma%20pr.pdf

Like I said, a rich ruling class and a poor working class groveling
at their feet. Socialism is alive and well in Taxachussetts.

I guess you didn't read that report yourself. All it says is that the
most wealthy don't spend as much of their incomes on certain taxable
items, especially sales tax or excise tax items. And, the report is a
"standard form" that the web site offers for just about every state.
In fact, MA is actually quite fair, with an equal burden shared by 95%
of the state. And, the local tax on the poor is 20% lower than the
national average, one of the lowest in the country.

Compare this to your state. Florida is listed as the second most
regressive, with the local tax on the poor over 50% higher than
Massachusetts!

Its pretty clear you have neither the inclination nor ability to
actually determine the truth about even simple issues.

Get a clue, man. Florida has NO income tax. Zero, zip, nada. Sales taxes
are in line with most other states and there is no sales tax on groceries.

But boy do they stick it to you with property taxes in insurance!
