environment here.

The paint that is on the hull is ablative, blue in color. In overall very
good shape.

There are a few areas where the paint has been chipped off, or fallen off ,,
whatever.

I have sanded, and now I can see the original gel. This is in the few areas
of flake paint, etc.

Before applying new ablative, should I prime the few bare/gel spots? What
primer? I am using
Interlux ACT ablative.

If you have any other tips on bottom painting; pass them on. I'm sure
there are many readers getting
ready for some bottom coating.

I would just paint over the spots. You really only prine the bottom
when it's new, I've never heard of primer being applied to an older
boat.
