There are golfing groups you know. :)
I'd rather spend a week in the dentist's chair getting root canal work

I like a lot of sports and participate in a couple (like old man's
basketball and slow pitch softball), but golf?

Waste of good cow pasture.

I don't like golf, but I like golf courses. They preserve a bit of nature
for birds, squirrels, moles, woodchucks, raccoons, et cetera.
