Mid 70s today, clear nice weather. Took the Tolman out from
Carabelle. Ran out to Dog Island, walked all over the p[lace. Ran
her to the east end and looked over the area for Pompano fishing next
week. Ran upriver and tried the crooked river but my depth sounder
was squirelly and the river was very shallow. Came back. A very nice
day. The Tolman (20') seems to be getting 4-5 mpg.


Nice. I can't wait for our season to begin. The snow melted away over
these past few days........a good sign.
