Absolutely the same coverage. The only difference was the deductable. Now
= $1,000 Boat US = $700

That is the only difference.

They own West Marine, isn't that right? West Marine, in my area, sucks.
The store is in shambles. I went in two weeks ago to
purchase some paint. The paint aisle looked like hurricane Katrina had
just
visited. Nothing was on the shelf, most of the stock was out or on order.
I asked one of the clerks and he said they were reorganizing.

A week later. I revisited. Same look, same mess, no products.

BoatUS does not own West Marine. Like the rest of your rant, you seem
to be misinformed on this point, as well.

In my humble opinion; Boat US is a SHAM.

My recommendation: don't do business with them.

Yes, you've clearly and succintly made your case. I'm sure that now
you have exposed them so completely, they will lose all of their
members within a week or two at most.
