You don't "park" a boat. You either "dock" it or "store" it.
It is OK to leave the boat at a dinghy dock for an overnight or weekend. Any
extended stay in the water will result in growth (barnicles, mussels, grass,
etc) on the bottom.
If there is no dinghy dock, then pull or carry the inflatable boat up on to the
beach. I would still tie a line to a tree.
When not in use, your best bet is to deflate the boat after a thorough drying,
and fold it up. Make sure to shut the fuel off to the engine, and run the
engine until it stalls. When carrying the engine, do not tilt, carry, or store
it upside down, or else you risk water damage.
