Suicide wasn't necessary. I drank a half gallon of Jegermeister, My

patience ended there. He's lying scum.

Yup, he's lying. Lying is nothing new for the poor *******.

So you believe that none of this is happening as a result of the largest
single virus the world has ever faced? Mankind.

Never said that. I do believe that the warming of the planet is, at least
to some degree, due to the influence of mankind. But I also believe there
is probably nothing we can reasonably do about it. Nor do I believe it will
become critical prior to the next ice age.

We are probably the only critter that does not return what it took in some
form, Breed with reckless abandon even though we are "curing" disease
meant
to keep our numbers low.. What other animal has hunted or expanded to
extinction other animals.

Domestic cats have virtually eliminated the vole population in England. And
there are certain viruses and bacteria which, given the right set of
circumstances, could extinct homo sapiens.

No wonder there is aids and disaster and "global
Warming". The earths immune system is in high gear trying to kill of the
most
dangerous virus of all.... us!

That's a simplistic way of looking at the issue. The Earth will be continue
to flourish long after man is extinct,

exactly my point...

but there is no "immune" system

Are you sure of that?

attempting to eliminate us. We are doing that to ourselves. Overpopulation
will eliminate a substantial percentage of the human population of the
planet long before global warming has any substantive effect.

When I was a youngster the population of the earth from the beginning of
time was 2.2 billion. In my lifetime it has quadrupled. I expect if my math
is correct that it will quadruple once again in half the time. If I live
another 20 years I should witness it. That is if the earths immune system has
not already wiped us out with a sexually transmitted disease. On this note
those whacky christian religious nits have a point. Abstinence will keep our
real god (earth) from killing us in the throws of passion.

Bacteria
cultured on an agar plate ultimately expends its food supply and pollutes
its environment to the point of self-destruction. The Earth is a large agar
plate in a sense. We will kill ourselves, but doubtful by global warming.
I'd put my money on overpopulation or nuclear war.

I agree and still maintain that this is a function of our environmen,t or
simplisticly put ,the earths immune system.

Preservation at this stage of the game is useless. Like quitting smoking
after you have the cancer. I for one am not even going to try. What is the
point. I am going to live big and wasteful... join me!

Sadly you are right. The global warming drumbeaters would like us to be
hate ourselves for our excesses, but the vast majority of people won't get
on board.

Max

Except for the fact that I see us as a virus and you see us as in control of
our destiny we agree.
