That story broke down here in Florida 3~4 months ago. I don't recall
exactly but of the establishments sampled you had about a 50~50 chance of
getting the real McCoy.
Kinda like the practice of punching out scallops from stingray wings.
This story said 17 of 24 samples were not actually grouper. The labs were
unable to identify some of them via their DNA. :-) Alien fish. Sort of like
Tom from CT.
