I'm 39 - hope you don't think that's old? It's all in your mind - it
ain't like "old" people (however y ou define that) are close-minded -
it's when you start saying things like "kids today..." I'll never say
that - kids today are no different from anyother time except for the
differences in technology and such - and from what kind of society
their elders created ffor them. I'm an open-minded judgemental peep -
can't bother with the nasties - you always have to consider the
source.

Years old don't matter that much. 39's not all that old if your mind isn't
getting old before it's time. Some people here except Old Tom really ain't
that old in years. But they *ACT* old in their attitudes. Everythings gotta be
done *their* way. If it ain't then they gripe and complain. They don't even
seen how out-of-touch they are trying to control a newsgroup. It doesn't get
much dumber than that.

I hardly ever post here - my opinion is that there are groups of peeps
who act as a collective troll and trounce on people - insecure!

You sure you ain't been here before? That's exactly what they do around here.
Sometime people will come in and ask something and they jump all over them and
call their boat stupid, etc. One poor guy named JimC was made a complete laughing
stock because he has a cheesey boat. A MacGregor 26XM. The dude spent probably
a thousand hours trying to stick up for his boat. He wrote volumes.
I was even guilty of jumping on the bandwagon. I couldn't help myself. He was so
sensitive about it. It was like a mob instinct. But, I try not to be mean to *everyboody*
just people who deserve it. People like Capt. JG who's the biggest hypocrite of all times.
And Old Tom who's just fun to tease because he gets all flustered about it. And Katy
because she's like my Mom all self-important and holier than thou. And losing her looks.
A girl can get along on her looks. Like that Anna Nichole. But you gotta have something
else valuable to give when the looks go kaput. And well that's enough....
