way into it. But I like the machine. It is very smooth and there's enough
going on to maintain my attention.

If your knees can handle the treadmill, they should be able to handle the
elliptical, but the motion is different and it takes some time to get used
to. I found that little or minimal resistance settings are worse than a
moderate amount. Too little and my coordination and timing gets messed up.
