Anniversary of modern USCG
On January 28, 1915, President Woodrow Wilson signed into law the bill
creating the modern US Coast Guard http://www.uscg.mil/history/
USCGBill.html. On that date, the Revenue Cutter Service was merged
with the Life-Saving Service and the combined organization was named
