Dumpster = last minute renovation.

Notice the driveway slopes down to the house.

I can smell mold and rot just from the pictures. Nothing is worse than a
fixer upper that the previous owner fixed up just to sell.

I still have a hard time believing he bought that place. I thought he was
much smarter than that.

Hopefully Charlie Morgan will offer some good advice. Charlie does know his
home repair.
