Funny, I got new sails for my Albacore and the P.O. bought new sails for our yacht a few months before we bought it.
Both boats are *far* older than the boat you showed us pictures of. No-one is laughing at us and most fellow skippers
are quite envious.

Well, bully for you. But *I* think it's ignorant to spend that kind of money
on a boat that's not worth near that. What if I want to sell it? I can't even get
the price of the sails out of it. Duh! That would be like Katy spending thousands
on a boob job. Don't throw good money after bad is what Daddy taught me.
The previous owner of your yacht was stupid. He spent thousands of dollars
and he got no return on it. You benefited. He didn't. He just cut into his profit.
Elle Niño's just for fun. Not for racing. Not for trying to impress somebody.
You men are all alike. Some of you have tiny packages. Some of you substitute a
boat for it.... Or a car, or a motorcycle, or a truck.
