Not exactly sure that's the idea they had in mind when the term "go
fast" boat was coined. :-)

It is amazing what even a few American dollars will buy in a lot of the
countries where people are starving. Even after maybe half of donations
to many organizations get siphoned off for administrative expenses or
just plain wasted the money that actually does get spent can do a lot
of good. Your website seems to imply that $2 per day will feed a hungry
person. I'm sure there are places where $2 per day would feed a family
of 4, and reasonably well.
