You don't know anything about organic agriculture, do you? :-)
There would be darn few nutrients in "purified" dirt.
Organic produce is grown without chemically synthesized fertilizers and
without being contaminated with bug poison. The soil is enriched with
manure and compost, not exactly "pure" in the tradtitional sense.
Organic can have bug poisons. Buddy from high school is one of the better
known organic farmers in NorCal. Lots of chemicals can be used. Just not
some of the more nasty synthetic chemicals. Copper spray is organic as well
as Bordeaux spray to name just two. There are no government rules for
"Organic".
