Get it NOW? $50k pool, huh? Bull****! An olympic size pool
isn't $50k!! My in-laws just replastered there pool..... $7k.
My wife's company charges $60,000 for a pool that you can barely turn
you ass around in. (20x15 or so)
That is attached to a $500,000 house. It does include the screen cage.
I paid $4500 to plaster (Florida Gem) my 15x30 pool and that was
straight to the guy doing the work, contractor's price. (3 years ago)
First, Bill has stated here before that his pool was built either in
the 60's or 70's. Here is a
20x40 for 35k:

I'll bet Bill's isn't that big, the back yards in CA aren't big enough
to put it in with property line setbacks.
And your $35k pool is not a gunite pool and not in California. My pool is
32x16 kidney shaped pool. And I have a rather nice sized backyard.

Actual
plasterer cost is $2400, then you have the removal of old plaster cost, some
remodel costs, to run different return lines, some replacement of old copper
in ground pipe, some new electrical lines. A thousand here, a thousand
there, and pretty soon you are talking real money.
OH, so NOW all of a sudden the term "replaster" means doing plumbing
and electrical work too??? Nice try. Once again, proved to the world
you don't know what you're talking about, or are lying.
What is your house worth
in Snellvile?
I don't live in Snellville.
What does a vinyl pool cost in Atlanta?
Depends on size, shape, options, etc. My neighbor's inground concrete
pool, with splash over spa, fiber optic lights, all of the bells and
whistles, was around 15k. My rectangular was 12k.
