Damn...

3,800 of living area *including* our finished basement. We designed
the basement so it could easily be converted into an in-law suite as it
has a full bath, kitchen area (less stove and only a bar fridge) and
TV/sitting area. The rest is a playroom with pool table, foosball and
pinball. The unfinished area includes closets and my workroom.

With both kids soon gone we do not need this size of house and will
definitely get something smaller.
