I'm not saying that when it rains here, it rains all over the world,

We have a green belt (wooded) behind our house. It was designated as
wetlands when the subdivision was first plotted. It is probably 150
feet deep.
Since Christmas the area has had small pools of water. We have
certainly had our share of rain here.
This spring, 50-pound mosquitoes and 200-pound horseflies. Better sell now!
Nah, the cold weather, if it come, will kill the *******s.
But we will be selling once my son is done with
college........hopefully in 2010.
By that time my daughter will be on her own. We will be downsizing
from this 3,800 square foot house to a single story with walk out
basement on the Huron Lagoons....or a condo on the Vermilion River.
