What contributions have the Arabs made in the last 100 years?
2003 Nobel Peace Prize winner SHIRIN EBADI for her efforts for democracy and
human rights
1994 Nobel Peace Prize winners YASSER ARAFAT , Chairman of the Executive
Committee of the PLO, President of the Palestinian National Authority.
SHIMON PERES , Foreign Minister of Israel and YITZHAK RABIN , Prime Minister
of Israel, for their efforts to create peace in the Middle East.
1978 Nobel Peace Prize winners MOHAMED ANWAR AL-SADAT , President of the
Arab Republic of Egypt and MENACHEM BEGIN , Prime Minister of Israel, for
jointly negotiating peace between Egypt and Israel.

Granted this is only a start... but 3 nobel peace prizes in the last 26
years is a darned good start.
