Sounds pretty good to me, but I have to wonder; do you get to pick your
own "fraction"?
With a small enough fraction, this would have to be down in the same
range as owning a 40-year old Grand Banks, right? :-)


Boats like that can be chartered anytime/anywhere in exchange for a
modest amount of dinero. I can't see the rationale for tying up money
long term with an outfit that may not even be around 5 years from now.

There have been some big time failures with a few of these luxury time
share operators, and a lot of people left holding the bag. And it's
not like these boats are appreciating in value, totally the opposite.
